Senior Aviation IT Conference Content Manager, Remote

You’ll take ownership of shaping and curating conference and webinar agendas, managing speaker engagement and crafting compelling marketing content. Your work will ensure that key industry delegates are invited and in attendance, giving you huge influence across the sector.
What you’ll do:
- You’ll assist the Events Director in researching and sourcing high-level speakers from airlines, MROs, OEMs and tech providers. Liaising with speakers, you’ll help develop detailed and engaging session descriptions that align with conference themes and industry trends.
- You’ll write clear, informative and engaging marketing pages for weekly aviation IT software demo webinars and create compelling, tailored marketing emails to promote both conferences and webinars to targeted industry segments.
- Identifying, researching and contacting key personnel from global airlines, MROs and OEMs to attend events will be a major part of your work. You’ll maintain accurate records of outreach, responses and registration progress.
- You’ll also assist with day-to-day conference logistics and planning tasks as needed and participate in live events (onsite or virtual) to support smooth execution and provide speaker/delegate assistance.
What you’ll need:
- Knowledge of the aviation industry, including software used in flight operations, MRO and airline management systems.
- Excellent writing and communication skills, especially for crafting agendas and marketing content.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Confidence in reaching out to and engaging with senior industry professionals.
