Sales Director, EMEA, Toulouse; Basic salary + uncapped commission
The role will allow you to shape the future of aviation, while growing your own career, with a company that’s helping airlines cut fuel costs and CO2 emissions.
You’ll lead the EMEA sales strategy and work directly with leading airlines throughout the EMEA region.
You’ll travel extensively across EMEA, meeting key clients and selling a unique product that saves fuel and the environment.
Working closely with the CRO (Chief Revenue Officer), you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact on the company’s commercial direction and grow as they do.
The role:
- You’ll define and execute the EMEA sales strategy, working closely with the CRO and other teams to drive revenue growth.
- Establishing and building strong relationships with C-level executives, you’ll identify and close high-value opportunities, positioning the company’s tech as a key solution for airlines aiming to reduce costs and emissions.
- You’ll also represent the company at industry events and be at the forefront of the brand.
About you:
- You’ll have an MBA or MSc, with at least five years’ experience managing complex B2B SaaS sales cycles
- A deep understanding of airline operations and key decision-makers in flight operations
- Strong leadership skills, with a track record of coaching and mentoring sales teams to exceed targets
- Fluency in English is essential, and proficiency in additional languages will be a bonus. You’ll also need to be adaptable and manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
